Broadcasting live from the Podrophonic HQ (or upstairs at The Railway as some say), the March edition of Radio Podrophenia is fitted around the theme of 'Jazz'. Nice!
Expect to hear jazzed up Fabs, Trad, Mod, Bop and Acid Jazzers on the playlist - plus an appearance from Pellicci legend Jukebox Jimmy.
And we've even got live music for you from jazz-age Journo Hannah Marsh accompanied by Southend's premier piano man Dave Woodcock.

And behold as a new Podrophenia jingle is birthed in front of your very ears. All contained herein....

A regular listener writes:
'Dear Piley and Mondo, will there be a Christmas edition of Podrophenia this year?
Yours
Boggle of Battersea'
Well Boogle, there's a seasonal variation on the festive theme - rather than recreate the frolics of 2011's end of term edition - we bring you....

Are just a few of the 'shopping bands/songs' suggestions pitched into our first live Podrophonic run-out over at our all new Radio Novalujon lodgings.
What a fine ol' time was had last Wednesday, with Dave Jazzy Dawson working his multi-media magic - manning the desk, checking the levels, fading the mics and suchlike. And hurrah AND hats in the air to see the Pod Squad regulars regrouped for the first time since June..
There's even a Quinn Martin style epilogue - we've kindly been offered a spot monthly spot on Radio NJ. So from November - the last Thursday of every month will be Podrophenia night.

Really, who was ever such a hardcore smoker that they couldn't take a trip to the local lido or swimming baths without sparking up a sneaky gasper or two? It must have happened.
Out today - and keeping with the tradition of our annual Summer edition, the latest Podrophenia from Piley and myself is fitted around this pool poster that was - with tracks based on bombs, petting, running, ducks etc.. As well as a natter-about on Speedos, 21st Century song titles song titles for elderly folk
In for live tunes and chat we've Dave Woodcock with a song freshly created and baked just the day before...
